Karen is highly experienced in all matters relating to Wills & Estate Planning; Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs); and the administration of estates. She provides carefully tailored advice in jargon-free, plain English.
Karen’s specialism is in advising clients on the best way to structure their wills to reduce their inheritance tax liability and to plan for long term care. She also provides advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney, elderly client matters and mental capacity issues.
For business owners, Karen provides advice relating to succession planning, mitigating inheritance tax and ensuring all available reliefs such as Business Property Relief (BPR) are fully utilised.
Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her family, long walks with her Beagle cross dog and running.
